  • There's several customers that don't shop where I work anymore - I don't put up with that shit. They yell at me, I yell louder. They hit me, they get the 4' metal prying bar sitting behind my desk straight to their fucking head.

  • @augustrob they are focusing more on telemarketer type customer/salesman interactions i think. now, i can tell you what to do if someone is abusing you to your face. just hit em with a bat or point a gun at em (ive done it, it works) i work at a liquor store so dont be shocked

  • When at my office (a gas station checkout counter)

    I always go for the tried and true method of tapping the barrel of my colt 45 on the counter and saying "Comprende"

    11 times out of 10 the bad customers leave-along with other customers who may have thought about mouthing off.

  • THAT is how you deal with physically abusive customers??? Are you kidding? What happened to calling the police and filing charges against the attacker?

  • Sorry.. but when it comes down to physical abuse.. meaning either menacing posture, or actual contact, this video is worthless. Having been on the receiving end of such customer abuse a number of times, I'll tell you that your logical rational mind, just disappears. Do not turn your back in such a situation, it's an invitation to be hit. Keep your hands low as much as you can, so that you can raise them up to counter any blows. Use your legs to kick if that option presents itself, make noise

  • I doubt with a verbally abusive customer once. Not pleasant at all. 

  • @quuaa1 so true dude. NEVER take that shit for the sake of a sale. personally, im the same way..... I'd rather have dignaty than sell out for a sale to a dipshit that needs his ass brutally dropped to the tiles.

    sometimes the only reason we in retail keep smiling through the problem customers is because we are thinking about ways to put them in ICU.
