  • i have a cat that can dunk

  • @berts112 its a dunk as long as you clearly get the ball above the rim and put it through so..

  • Your first layup!

  • 5'8 and 160? When I was 5'8 I was 114 lol

  • @Bo94Om check out my vid :D

  • @PurpleThunder7 hey guys. yea i play ball, and my vert makes me a great rebounder

  • @Collector21 I agree completely with the vertical jump being important but rebounding and dunking are different. What I'm saying is I looked at his channel and every single video is him trying to touch rim and other things and I'm saying it isn't that important. You have to play to your position and it's not like he is going to be a center or power forward. I agree with u but it seems he values dunking too much but theres a chance he doesnt even play the game so arguing is pointless

  • The vertical jump has many applications to the game of basketball well beyond the small scope of dunking. Grabbing extra rebounds, challenging opponents shots, and overall being a better athlete. A complete basketball player cannot ignore his athletic development, but rather use it to accentuate the skill development which you advocate.

Honestly, what kind of basketball player is going to be worse of because of better hip fluidity and increased rate of force development?
