yep, i've read the legistlation for the labor camps too. for prisoners in the camp: no pay, no visitors, no contact with outside world, no media allowed in and absolutely NO murderers, sex offenders, theives or commiters of violent crimes. strange? why not put those very criminal peoples in the labor camps? hmmm maybe because the prison labor camp is not for criminals. and criminals allowed there would not feel bad about or afraid to revolt
