You need to gain the trust of your fellow workers, therefore gain the leadership, to become the Leader and Manage. And, you need to be a man. The fall of the USA is the beginning of woman in power.
Management has the word MAN in it.
Maybe you can "Make" another word, and call it Womanagement.

Let all the companys in America offshore all they want. Let NAFTA and the Free trade imbalances continue. Soon the people will rise, as stupid as they are, they will rise. Its a question of pain. How much can the people take ????

"There is no job that is America's God-given right anymore," Fiorina commented in a recent speech in Washington. Not the most sensitive comment to make in light of the number of unemployed Americans suffering these days. This Marie Antoinette-inspired remark makes me wonder if HP hasn't already offshored its public relations department.
