PAVO Dial: (search this on Youtube for other videos )
BE SURE TO GET THE 12V, NOT THE 24V THAT MOST PLACES SELL!! 24v LED strings in high density (60 lights per meter) are not here yet. A few China web sites list them, but no one has them yet.
Hard to find item. Great store in Hollywood (COSMOS SOUND,LIGHTING & VIDEO‏ - cosmos-sound.com) has them in stock for less than $80. The magic with this thing is that it is stand alone. It has a decoder built in. You just plug it into your string and it works!

Forget the stupid Star-Stream string Color-Stars wants you to buy with it. The Star-Stream strings are HUGE!. The connections are monsterous. This is a much better setup. Simple as hell to connect with the connectors that come with the water proofing kit.
The docs say the PAVO Dial will mount to a standard wall box. I haven't tried that yet. The mounting box that comes with it is useless.
