Hot Vit Lon aka Duck Fetus

Sitting at a small vendor stand located on Bui Vien street in Ho Chi Ming City, Vietnam, we decided to try out a local cuisine called Hot Vin Lon which is roughly translated as Duck Fetus. Never backing down from a new dish we each had our own egg and was taught the correct way to go about eating this by our close friend Aimee.

Don't be fooled by the look of it. It's actually quite tasty!! It's just a boiled duck...with a few feathers and a beak. ;)
