This expressway has been on construction since i was 13 years old that was 7 years ago!...... always traffic but after 2:00 am its nothing but the road - Im proud to say i did 123mph I have Video to prove it !

You get use to it. It is pretty much the essence of New York. Where there is traffic, there's traffic. It is pretty much code in every city.....unless you live in LA, which you don't want to, anyway.
