@Gskrub I know they do their best to check for these things, but if you had seen the discomfort she went through you would understand why I wanted more answers, Yes it could of been something else to cause her stomach issues but I just think they should be giving the whole story. If there was a bug I want to know what kind, I have that right to know! I also just posted this video so other moms could see what they were saying bc it took forever to even talk to anyone!!

@Gskrub AND I almost forgot this was an entirely voluntary recall the FDA was contacted by Abbot Nutritions to issue the recall. Abbot nutritions does 1,500(I could be way off pretty sure its alot more) checks per batch per hour on the products that they create. The recall was issued extremely quickly as well, and it could be worse they could of let it go...

@Gskrub But I am not saying don't be upset cause if it was my child I think i would be extremely aggravated Most likely enraged to be honest, all I am saying is that the agent only knows what he/she is told.

I know that you are probably upset on the matter but in a call center the agent is entitled too and will provide you all the information provided to them, and it is possibly a june bug. Any bug or beetle that is ingested can cause Gastrointestinal Discomfort or irritating, and can cause the child to not eat regularly due to the GI tract being irritated. I also understand that your child has lost weight but it was Secluded indecent in one facility.

This is sick! My son has had diareah as well for several weeks.
wow thats yuck! They should be telling you what the name of the bug was for sure! I cant beleive they are withholding that information from you. Its not hard to tell you what it is... If its so common it should have a name.
