  • hi, i have been vegan for about two weeks now and have picked up a great load of information. But I also heard some where that if people don't eat meat that certain other animals would completly take out another species. can anyone counteract that. Also alot of non organic fruits use pestisides can someone tell me the percentage of them that is because Im not sure wich ones my grocery store has that has that organic sticker on them.?

  • Great message! Thank you for your sincere efforts to make this planet a little greener and healthier!

  • @cardmastad Dairy is arguable worse than meat in terms of it's effects on health. Have a look at notmilk.com and pcrm.org As for eggs even the organic eggs come from chickens born in huge hatcheries that throw millions of male chicks in giant mincing maching while they're alive because they obviously don't lay eggs and have no economic value. Plus it's a chicken's period. Part of the menstrual cycle. Pretty gross.

  • I think veganism must be good for the teeth too. I went to the dentist after about 8 years no check ups and brushing once a day (even skipping brushing sometimes) and my teeth had no holes or issues. I think it's due to the amount of bacteria that's in animal products especially meat that sticks to your teeth. It also puts a strain on your immune system as it is dealing with bacteria in your gut and is not free to fight off incoming infections.

  • hey kenneth i understand the meat part but whats wrong with eggs and dairy? if its organic cage free... thanks

  • VERY interesting!!! Great presentation!

  • what a great man Kenneth Williams...looking you up, I am a fan and am going to follow your work

  • If the animal's living and slaughter conditions are appauling, people should farm their own meat.
