actually, its not atleast i don't think. my buddy had a 99 ram 2500 with a 360. it bounced at 5450rpm. i have a 99 v6 dakota and that also bounces at 5450rpm.

The power is good for a v6, but its geared a little too high. If it had 4.10's instead of 3.93's it would be better.
