So on this weeks/months/todays episode Alex is making lasagna!
This is part 2 of 4. In this part Alex begins the red and the white sauce.
Part direction:
Part One - Prepping up the meat and introduction of the different ingredients.

You will need the following ingredients:
600g meat
1200g crushed tomato (not pureé)
2 spriggs rosemary
3 Bayleaves
ground nutneg
black peppercorns
Mozarella
lasagna noodles
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt
Parsley
100g Butter
Flour
Why did you cook the ground beef in the oven? Does it make it more moist or is there a specific reason?

i once had lasagna in italian restaurant it was so beautiful i'd like to experiment on what to put on my white sauce and you gave me an idea...it was the white that stood out in that lasagna i had in italian restaurant

i'm italian and i can tell you that you're are nearly there...this is not the real LASAGNA, some mistakes but i think it can be good as well...however..goodjob!if you want some advices just tell me

Well a proper lasagna is made with fresh ingredients. Not canned or packeted.. yes?
That's why it's a difficult dish to make. Lookitall the prepping that has to be done.

YAWN....is it ready yet? i know this is your way, but WOW your doing it all wrong. Hey go with what you know, i'm sure it would taste ok, but keep the emergency number near by, just in case. Nice boobs though.
