I'm really sorry for the delay for this episode, took me week to edit because I couldn't get it under 100 MB, which made me tired of editing. Sorry. This was actually gonna be one video but the smallest I could get it was 317 MB which doesn't really work ^^"

So on this weeks/months/todays episode Alex is making lasagna!
This is part 2 of 4. In this part Alex begins the red and the white sauce.

Part direction:
Part One - Prepping up the meat and introduction of the different ingredients.
Part Two - Cooking the bases of the red and the white sauce
Part Three - Finishing the sauces
Part Four - Making the actual lasagna

You will need the following ingredients:
600g meat
1200g crushed tomato (not pureé)
2 spriggs rosemary
3 Bayleaves
ground nutneg
black peppercorns
Mozarella
lasagna noodles
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt
Parsley
100g Butter
Flour

  • Why did you cook the ground beef in the oven? Does it make it more moist or is there a specific reason?

  • Well a proper lasagna is made with fresh ingredients. Not canned or packeted.. yes?

    That's why it's a difficult dish to make. Lookitall the prepping that has to be done.

  • YAWN....is it ready yet? i know this is your way, but WOW your doing it all wrong. Hey go with what you know, i'm sure it would taste ok, but keep the emergency number near by, just in case. Nice boobs though.
