I bought "My Buddy" for my son before he was born in 1985 and he loved it as a child. He is twenty four now and is a few months away from having his first child, a baby girl. I thought it would be neat to get my first grand child the "kid Sister" doll as her first toy. Kinda takes me back in time.

I cried to get a Kid Sister for Christmas in the 80's and was sooo happy to recieve it.

Then i packed all of moms hair products in her hair and had to chop it all off!!!!

I know that they do not make "My Buddy" anymore, but I am not sure if they still make "Kid Sister". In any event, congradulations on becoming a grandparent!
