I went to Savage and Annapolis Junction to film some early afternoon CSX trains. I filmed the rail train shortly after hearing the horn. The Coal train caught me completely off guard, but luckily I was able to turn on the camera in time to film the DUAL AC44CWs! My favorite engine! There was a Road Slug on the Welded Rail train, and a GP40-2. This was my first time catching a rail train, and to make it even cooler, both trains STOPPED at the stations. I don't get why both trains stopped, but its cool!! Thanks for watching!!!

  • Great catches

  • Nice video. Im thinking something happened to one of the switches down the line is why the trains seem to be stopping and starting in a lot of the vids i've seen this weekend.

  • Thats why you aways have to be ready Nick, plus, why was Awesome Trains Part 2 theme playing while the CSX engine on the coal train went by!?!?

  • Excellent video as always, is that a conrail unit at 9:24 behind thoose buildings?
