The speed of the combat is determined by your gear and your class. If you're a mage you have a huge list of spells at your disposal and theres almost no minute where you're not playing, you have to take in account its a online mmorpg and there are other players around so it is all about balance. These are regular DD jobs with a DD subjob so theres not much abilitys at your disposal. Play a mage job or dancer and the combat speed goes way up.

@Tweaker567 I hope that you acknowledge that this game was made in 2002. There haven't been many graphical updates (if any) yet it retains more detail than most MMO's of it's time. You're an idiot to play an MMO, let alone a game, for graphics.

wow was the most user friendly game. You could be a 12 yr old kid and reach level 60. That was something they did right. But end game wise, it caters to hardcore elitist fans that makes the game no longer desirable.

Its an old game. Visually it really pushed the standards when it was first released. Gameplay wise. Its a little dull. The environment is uninspiring but the character models, armor and weapons looked fantastic back in the day. You didnt just purchase armor and swords for the stats. You purchased them because they looked good. But it was just too grind heavy, so I quit. wow was less grind heavy but still a very labor intensive game. So I eventually quit that too.

@Ruisutsrugi NOT trying to compare both games but WoW for example the graphics could be out of a game from 2000 yet so many people still play it, due to its detail in area's not in graphics

I played this in 2003, and at the time it was insane!

Please don't judge it in comparison to new games today, thats like comparing timesplitters to CoD(Irony being I prefer timesplitters) but eeey!
