The video seems to be going slightly faster this time, I think it's because it's sunny outside...
I used a capo on fret 5 only because I am a girl and I get severe throat-ache trying to sing as low as this song should be sung. I don't know what fret a capo is actually used on, or if one is actually used at all...

It's a very nice cover. You have a crisp voice and your playing is tight. In my opinion you should sing in your own register, I think it would sound more folk-y. Also, it sounds like trying for a contralto is hurting your throat.
