You have used the word "Outro" in the wrong sense! An Outro is a specialist name given to the ending secion in a Song in which fades. The term in which applies to this instrumental version of "Anyone Can Fall In Love" is actually known as a Coda where it ends on a specific cadential point (in this case the tonic of Eb Major)!

it is used on the omnibus edition on Sundays, however the theme has been shortened over the years several times, including the omnibus version.
