What the HELL!?!?! What kind of rugby is this??? They are slow, and have no moves, do they even get any tries??

C'mon its just a game after a training session, 7's style of rugby. Slow at what? No moves probably all there players are mixed with backs & forwards but watch how they create the gaps & look for space, run angles & hit the short balls. If you watched it carefully there were 4 tries scored in this 1st clip.
