President Richard Nixon talks with his Attorney General John Mitchell, who wants to start legal proceedings against the New York Times for printing the first installment of the leaked secret government documents about the Vietnam War, the Pentagon Papers. Nixon gives his OK for Mitchell to go ahead. National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger joins the conversation and talks about Walt Rostow's reactions to the leaks.
