Very creative and this coach does what most coaches (including the NFL) fail to do...UTILIZE ITS PERSONNEL TO THE BEST OF ITS ABILITY. This school is smaller than average so playing "smashout" football is not an efficent use of the players you have. People, like @BBetow78, are just closed minded and afraid of change.
