Horse Sense - Repeal Act 44

PA House Democrats commissioned a study of the proposed Turnpike lease. . . but one of the authors of the study had decades of contracts with the Turnpike (read: conflict of interest). Also, the assumptions of the study are not reflective of reality - the study assumes a 99-year-lease, though the most recent legislation was for a 50-year-lease. Other details of the actual lease have not yet been released by the Governor's office. The study cost the tax payers $75,000.
