@Billyfrankallen Yes it is, at least in the beginning part. I used to work for Halliburton, and I saw Dave Lesar in a business conference and even shook his hand. It IS his voice. When the camera goes away from his face, then some clever actor takes over with a voice that is remarkably close to his. You can see the original, uncut, commercial here on YouTube. It IS his weird voice with the Texan accent.

@newguy33X its not only pensions, Dick Cheney owns big parts of KBR and HALLIBURTON. How do u get ur company in the good graces of top politicians? EASY give them 2% of your company, so that if your company gets a lot of money, so does the politician that backs you.

I was saying to my friend earlier today ,Imagen how it must feel to have enlisted in the u.s forces after 911 as say a young naive 16 yr old , to have been sent to war, and slowly over time come to realise that you are just a parasite stealing another countries resources,its such a shame when you see those young men and women over there, wasted lives all for Fat Cats and there Fat Fucking wallets.
