A true hero gave everything for his cause. I grew up watching him wrestle crocodiles on t.v. He definatly rose awareness and advanced conservation. Never will be anyone like him. R.I.P

i went to australia zoo a few years ago, not long after he died and there was a part were there were all of the things the people left for him after he died so i have a few words to say.. WE MISS YOU MATE YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE US IN SPIRIT R.I.P THE GREATEST CROC HUNTER TO EVE LIVE :'( CRIKEY MATE

i was in computer class when we heard about this. everyone stopped. period. the TV was on and watching...everyone in the room, even the 72 year old teacher, cried...R.I.P Steve, thank you for giving me an inspiration and love of animals, you were one awesome guy and i watched every episode of your show. Always wanted to see you...hope you're in a better place...
