yeah I have spent hours trying out diffrent sound tracks trying to get one that soots my footage.
Oh and the book $30 Film School has it own special place in my studio/office shelf.

What is white and pink noise? Can you give an example?

I'm refering to samples that have a "spray" or "wind" sound as a component. A lot of industrial music (think Nine Inch Nails) use a lot of noise in their percussion.
It's all explained in detail in the accompanying O'Reilly article (link in the "about this video" over on the top right of this page). The section on music starts at the bottom of page two and goes onto page three.
