@jadem1122 Stephanie is reffering to the fact that she has a talent for self preservation, or being able to do what is necessary to survive... this explains how victoria was able to escape the many situations in which she should have been caught and killed by either the cullens or the wolf pack.. she has a talent for surviving , no matter the circumstances.... This was considered a special power... how this transfered from her human life to immortal life, no one knows..

@jadem1122 She has the ability of Self Preservation which is how she got away from the Wolves in New Moon because she does what is by instinctively knowing how to evade an enemy's attack and where to run in order to survive.
