That I am aware of ;). Rallyes are a GTi-6 (same engine and gearbox (XU10J4RS 16v 167BHP) engine/suspension), and they do have Power steering (Both the GTi-6/Rallye has less assistance as standard). Where they do lack stuff is inside (no AC/Climate control, electric windows or mirrors, no leather seats. I think there's about 60kg in the cars. They may be a racer's favourite since most came without a sunroof I believe.
What's stupid is that you could have a Rallye in fully loaded GTi-6 atire

its not legal to tave a de-cat as stanfarf MrChasR. Emsissions test it will fail. Rallyes are just an 8v version of the gti-6 i think. But they have no power steering or eleccy windows. They just a real lightened version of the car tbh.
