@excelsiormc86ss We were the only investigators there that night. We were watching it from inside as it was taking place. There was no manipulation of any kind. In fact, if you'll watch the end of the video, you'll see what flashlight beams look like on the infrared camera. This phenomenon was not caused by flashlight beams. Please read our story at Sebourn Paranormal Investigations . We did everything we could to debunk this.

There is a window to the right of this frame. If there were any investigators outside roaming around at that time. It could be their flashlight reflection through the window. This is similar to what we have found on some of ours and there were people outside that was able to manipulate this, from our team investigations at the hall.

CGHPaul,
The thing moves sporadically throughout the length of the video, not just at the end. We did not open or close any doors at any point. The air in the room was completely still.
Also, we cut this snippet out of a video that was at least four or five hours in length. This camera filmed the whole time we were at Octagon. And this thing never comes back.
Thanks for viewing.

Honest opinion? Looks like a spider's web, just dangling. It appears lit near the top part as it's in front of or partially obscuring the IR. And the movement near the end of the video is the noted change in airflow as the investigators are coming. I'd attribute that to the door being opened to go downstairs changing the air dynamic. But...that's just my opinion.
Thanks for the feedback, excelsiormc86ss, but we actually thought of that and tested the theory. The footage isn't included on here, but flashlights from outside actually reflected inside the room much as a flashlight from the hallway (shown at the end of the video). Plus, there were bushes directly outside and bars on the window that resulted in very plain shadows when light shown from outside. Thanks for posting, though! It's great to know that people are checking out our video.

Thanks for your input. We thought of that, but with the dynamics of the room it seems unlikely. There were no doors to open or close in the area to cause changes in airflow, and all of the AC units had been shut off hours before. In my opinion whatever the phenomenon is has behavior that seems unlike an inanimate object because it moves in all directions, twirls in circles, and moves around the edge of the table when it leaves the room.
