The best way to make a water change with tiny, fragile fry is to do a "continuous" water change. This means running a small syphon (stuffed with floss) that removes water as well as a constant drip that ADDS water. Set to add/remove approximately 100% of the water daily, it will keep the fry tank clean of waste.
