The best point he made is let children be children, at the age his son is it should be about enjoyment, if he continues to do well then get serious when he's no longer a young child. My 6 year old wants to be a Pompey player (he'd probably make the bench now to be fair!) or a WWE wrestler or a break dancer. Let them be kids for as long as possible. That's the major problem with children today, they're too keen to grow up and the parents promote it too! Great vid.
