  • Donnie2020 You have totally missed the point. Certainly it was a terrible moment for our medal hopes but it was an incredible moment for Australia as a nation. It showed our incredible aussie spirit in that he stayed on the bike and waved to the crowd, to his fans. I can't imagine the devastation he must have felt yet he handled himself like a true champion and I felt very proud to be an Australian that day.

  • Also prior to watching this video and reading the comments I had never realised the riders were using such small wheels I mean I understand why they do it I'd just never noticed it before

  • @red88alert

    if memory serves

Hartwell was rocking a 540 while Rousseau and Kelly both had 650s

  • is that a 650 at the front???

  • Even though he double-checked the straps on his left pedal. I watched that live too, it was really sad.

  • that bike looks so sketch!

  • horrible olympic moment for Australia
