Demonstration of a small flea chariot. The ruler in the foreground is marked in 1/2mm
The chariot is approx 10mm long by 7mm wide and made from brass, the wheels are 5mm in diameter. The wheels and axle were turned on a lathe and the other parts were made by hand with hacksaw and files. Construction was finished early Jan 2009 ready for the PSTOIC Christmas dinner.

  • m_) where did you get this music from? I am really looking for a sound just like that I couldn't succeed!

  • It's a mix of "Three Ring Circus" provided in Midi form by Gary Wachtel

  • @gatometalico An update on this. I've been advised that the music is a derivative of Thunder and Blazes by Louis-Phillipe Laurendeau which in turn was based on Entry of the Gladiators (1897) by Julius Fučík

  • By "... off to the right..." you mean off the table? Cause they simply ain't there mate!

  • Yes, off stage right, pulling the thread. :)
