Cesur is a tripod stray, He has been under the care of TARO for several months since being injured in an accident.
He is a lovely friendly boy, he certainly does not let his disability stop him from acting like any other dog, he loves to play,run and most of all he loves cuddles.
Can you open your home and your heart to Cesur and give a lifetime commitment of love and care ?
