Final Fantasy VIII - Time Marches On

Final Fantasy VIII music video with Squall, Rinoa, Seifer and others of the FF8 world in a time of a troubled future. From the Balamb Vs. Galbadia battle to Ultimecia achieving Time Compression and the "romantic dream" of Seifer, Final Fantasy VIII is a very screwed up place. Time marches on to a living hell ruled by Ultimecia with society bearing a scar just as the faces of Squall and Seifer. Under the corrupt and oppressive government, the people of FF8 dance in the war cries of their coming fate.

This Final Fantasy VIII AMV is the first music video I've made, as well my first submission since my joining on YouTube. Final Fantasy VIII was an enjoyable RPG video game for me. The Liberi Fatali opening intro with Squall and Seifer dueling is an instant classic and one of the greatest CGIs in video gaming. Here's to hoping Square-Enix makes a FF8 sequel revealing Rinoa is Ultimecia - that'd be wicked.

which one's Squall? I know he's short, but is he the blonde ugly one or the pretty brown-haired one?

Squall isn't too short, but he's 5'8" - one inch taller than Cloud from Final Fantasy VII. Seifer is 6'2", so he's the taller one of the two. I got this info from the game manuals. Yes, Squall is the pretty boy, however, a lot of Final Fantasy girl fans will highly disagree with you on Seifer being ugly. If you speak of ugly, then I'd more suggest NORG for that placement - if you at all remember him.

You're on the right track, but as it says right at the end credits in the vid, and also as AlvaroPunk exclaimed, it's Pennywise. I like Bad Religion, too, though. And if you like stuff like Pennywise and Bad Religion, you may want to check out No Fun at All also.

Yes, they should reveal that ultimecia is rinoa, and that she's as crazy as ever. Ultimecia castle should be just the beginning, and the party should trek into the deep, dark, and incredibly twisted lands that only Rinoa could think up, let alone live in.

actually i think...dont quote me on this...but i thnk that Ultimecia and Rinoa aren't like the same ppl...ultimecia is her own person she just like sends her "soul" back into time to control Rinoa's actions like i thnk it was Adel (maybe it was ultimecia)did with Edea to change events that happen in the future

i thought this was time marches on by tracy lawrence danget but this song wasnt bad though but i listen to country and it took me by surprise when this song started out all hard rock like but because time marches on by tracy lawrence does not start out all hard rocky it just starts out with a simple guitar... danget i am trying to find a good version of time marches on by tracy lawrence but hey i like this song so i might as well add it to my favorites... :( (: im happy yet im sad

Let's say Rinoa is Ultimecia... Why did Ultimecia throw her into outer space to die? And if the time is compressed, and all time layers are one, then there can only be one rinoa, right? It's not like past and future rionoa could meet, because it's ONE time, ALL compressed. So how could rinoa meet herself? Someone explain please...
