good form...i can do 315 about 4 times then my form goes downhill terribly if im even able to push it out again...any tips to get that up quick?

if its free weights you are benching verses machine weight you have to use more of your stabilization muscles to control the weight that makes it harder.

does repping it 1-2 times make it a max? i just got 205 twice today and im only 130 lol

a one rep max is just one rep. 205 for 2 is great! you might can get about 215

i'm 15 i maxed out at 215 and i weigh 165-170 thats pretty good right? but i can do 190 like 8 reps
