Addition to Loo-Kee's advice: Grow your own food, and always wash it. Use natural remedies, which have been tested for hundreds or thousands of years, instead of pharmaceuticals. Develop a strong immune system instead of taking vaccines. And if you buy food, read the ingredients, and avoid things like aspartame and other stuff that makes you sick. It's also wise to purify your water, and avoid fluoridated water. Smoke cigars, pipes or bongs instead of cigarettes, unless it's organic tobacco.

@presidentmorrow1 has she-ra ever been on her period yet? because if she was she'd be having menstrual cramps and she'll start moaning and saying oh-h-h-h! my stomach hurts, then Glimmer came and said what's wrong She-ra? then She-ra said i have cramps then Glimmer said She-ra are u on your period? then She-ra said yeah can u please tell Adam to come get me please? then Glimmer said ok then, Glimmer ran to Cassie(Castaspella) to tell her that she needs to get Adam from Eternia to get his sister.

He syas no, and Adora says , in that case,"For the Honor of Greyskull!" She becomes She-ra, and tries to catch the poortal,a nd it sucks Orco in, as well as She-ra
