BIG uses Rhinoceros 3D and Vray for making and rendering the 3D images. It's a lot cheaper than the 3D Max licences from Autodesk. The intr'images are (i think) made with photoshop (you can make animations in photoshop), pro worked with after effects and all is put together with Premiere Pro to make a nice sliding 3D animation.

@hrithikroshaaa My guess is a combination of Maya, Vray, After Effects, and probably some other stuff too.
