  • How could you NOT change after losing weight??? Your confidence goes up and your whole out look on life can change and that is just natural. I am already changing and I have only lost 5 pounds so far. Just knowing that I can do it and even if it's slow, it's coming off and that makes me feel great about myself! Why shouldn't it???

  • Wow. I wish it were that easy to solve more problems like that! And what a decent friend you seem to be.

  • In weight loss, we have been "taught" how to react. You made her realize that it was her changing her point of view and not you changing the way you treat her. The pure thought that you may treat her differently was enough for her to react. It is human nature to assume before something happens. She was afraid to lose you before you even gave the sign you would leave. At least she said something before it went on and on.

  • That's a really unique POV that I wasn't expecting, but I'm sure it does happen. Changing isn't always a bad thing, and at your core, you generally stay the same! Very good thoughts. Can't wait to see what this week's topic is!

  • You handled that situation very well - I too hope I can learn to handle situations as such :)

  • Great point, "find out by asking"- this is so true. Never make assumptions about what is going on with someone else, inquire! Great video and Happy Thanksgiving! ML, Jades

  • Great Video! R77

  • so happy you're a part of WLL Greg :D awesome advice! thank you!

  • Awesome perspective and definitely a good idea... <3

  • A great example of how to handle an awkward situation and end up with a positive result.
