Sometimes i like to use a slender toothbrush and coat it with light duty lanolin and place it up my bum for a day, with the toothbrush head at the exit to the rectum. Really, it gives me a hypnotic rush, like a high, only safer. You should try it. I usually throw it out when I'm done with it though. How do you get off?

Surplus weather balloon filled up with air from a vacuum cleaner. It cost about $8. I've seen them for $35 since. It lasted until it got caught on a fingernail or something.
