all cuban beaches are opened to cubans, there are no private properties. you have the right to go there, even in front of hotels. nobody will expell you.

My mother used to swim at this beach over 50 years ago. Her father also owned a home nearby. But now it's not for the Cubans anymore... at least not this stretch of the beach! What a shame!

I stayed in Brisas which had a private beach and then there was a public beach a little further down which used to do beach parties at night on Wednesdays...african dancers and fires with bars....fantastic....but thats the day we had to fly to havanna at 9am and got home at 6am....

I specifically liked it for being so beautufully and carefully inbuilt into the nature without ruining it.
