I believe that this is Broden stitch worked backwards on the index finger so that the front is visible while working into the row below.

Väldigt häftigt att nålbinda runt fingret istället för tummen. Har tänkt testa nån sån teknik ett tag nu, men hittills har det bara blivit tum-tekniker =)

Hi, can you tell me what stitch it is you are doing? is it Mammen/Korgen??? I can see the f1 connection....could you film the beginning chain too, please?

Hi Petra, I have not encountered this stitch anywhere else yet, but I have some observations. If you watch the thread through a stitch, it makes a counter clockwise loop, where as the others I have seen makes a clockwise loop. Ignoring the counter clockwiseness, it seems to resemble the York stitch most. But then I am not entirely sure if I have gotten the U/O code correct yet and the counter clockwiseness makes additional problems as the U/O code is a clockwise code.
