Short and silly, this skit is one of Carol Burnett's favorites.

  • I know people who would actually take that seriously if they didn't know who was playing it.

  • This....ACTUALLY sounds like Stockhausen.

  • @LyricSuite78 I read that as lost octopus for a moment!

  • This reminds me of the skit when the four of them are singing as if they were chickens.

  • Webern's lost opus 32?

  • @WrestlingHeretic But not too many to post on youtube, apparently

  • @BaronVonLichtenstein Proof that an idiot could not have written Rite of Spring using reductio ad absurdum. An idiot is clinically defined to be a person with an IQ 20 or less. Such a person cannot analyze structures. Therefore his 'compositions' would be like the pounding on the piano by a small child and resemble serial or 12 tone music (Schoenberg, etc). The Rite of Spring is definelty not serial. QED. You should give analytic thinking a try. It may make you more civil.

  • @BaronVonLichtenstein I already said that I am an avid Bach player. What part of that sentence don't you understand? Ok mister eclectic, early jazz used modes from the major scale (ionian, dorian, etc.). How has the melodic minor scale revolutionized modern jazz? You cannot be both eclectic and denigrade the music of Chopin, etc at the same time. As I said before, you are a bizzare and tormented cauldron of contradictions.

  • @BaronVonLichtenstein Making allegations about my imagination is just another futile ad hominem, the only thing you can excell in. What is so ammusing is that you said that morons can imporvise jazz. And when I challenged you, you yelped vehemently that you can improvise. LOL. Miles Davis was the antithesis of playing robotic scales. He champion modal melodies. And your bragging that you can do something better than me is childish and not based on fact.

  • @josemagus Youre right, it's probably 500 notes.
