What if the Landlord has a MORTGAGE on the property (HOUSE)? And he relies on the Tenants' rent to make his Mortgage payment? I disagree with his ewi guy. This kind of sermon does not encourage investors. Our society has a long way to go with this kind of mind set. Its full of PHOBIAS. Where every one around you is a suspect.
