Actually most metal high screams are head or mix voice. Dickinson, Andi Deris, Glenn Hughes(mostly) and Roberto Tiranti are notable falsetto users in metal. But most guys, to name a few Geoff Tate, Michael Kiske, Kai Hansen, early Phil Anselmo, Sebastian Bach, Rob Halford are head/mix all the way.
