I've owned both the regular Paradigm Monitor 9 series 2 and the Reference Studio 60 version 3s and I was mightily impressed with both. Paradigm has worked hard to earn a reputation for high performance at reasonable prices. I was especially impressed the Reference 60s. They were amazing sounding speakers with my Anthem amp and Rotel preamp. For the price, they offer excellent build quality, attractive looks and great sound. They are pretty easy to drive also.

what would you say is a key difference between klipsch and paradigm. how would they compare to klipsch heritage line?

@awsomecuber : Key difference for me is the tweeters. I love the super brightness of the paradigms. All the Klipsch i listened seemed like the tweeter were too muddy and trumpety. I am not familiar specifically with the hertiage line however...

how are the 9's, im lookin into some towers but cant decide if the 11's are worth the extra cash

@thegreatcb7 : If anything I would upgrade the center channel to the 11 especially if you are watching movies often. 9's are more than enough with a sub. 1 or 2 extra drivers for me doesnt justify the price increase.

Let your ears decide and listen. I have owned klipsch in the past and am not a fan of the horn loaded tweeters. The highs sound muddy and the mids are too trumpety for my liking. They do sound good with classic rock stuff.
I picked paradigm almost purely on the tweeters. I love a very bright high end and the thick mids. Some people find the tweeters are too high and harsh but i love it.
Go and listen for yourself!
