  • is this video really supposed to be done daily? i tried it and was sore for a few days ... now i loved it but for me using it daily was unrealistic... thoughts?

  • @earlydawn81 No, I don't think you need to do anything daily. Most experts recommend working out at the max 6 days a week and having a day for rest. Realistically if you could do it 4-5 times a week that would be excellent!

  • Have you tried or had any interest in ballet videos?

  • @kshanafelt Yes, Self magazines videos have a strong ballet influence and AMAZING results.

  • Do you know anything about her 6 week six-pack dvd?

  • @lillott96 I have seen it, but I am obsessed with Physique 57's ab workout so I didn't feel the need to purchase it.

  • @shobney Hi thanks for the reply. I went ahead and tried it..the first time i tried i thought i was going to die, but the second time was easier, and the third time was no trouble at all! So i'm ready for level 2 now! This is a great workout, and i'm going to start doing it at least 2 times a day!

  • @earlydawn81 I got three days into it and was afraid of the fourth day. I enjoyed it, yah, but my arms wouldn't completely straighten. I briefly considered that I might have overextended or injured myself. Right now I do 3 days and rest, 3 days and rest. I cannot believe the results I'm getting in this short amount of time just in terms of feeling taut, toned, and keeping consistent energy levels.

  • Just started this and a cheap tip for people who don't want to buy weights is to use cans of food they are good for beginners :)

  • IF YOU DONT MIND, COULD YOU SHARE HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU LOST WITH THIS WORKOUT AND IN WHAT PERIOD OF TIME? ALSO DO YOU THINK ITS POSSIBLE TO LOSE 30 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS USING THIS??
