  • i thought this suppose to be gospel not a rap song nor a club song what happen about jesus

  • Interestingly enough, the original song doesn't have the word Jesus in the lyrics, it's the rap parts that added the word Jesus and warns people that Jesus is coming back and it's time to get ready. In my mind it makes this even more of a gospel song.

  • @RichieDaley The original song by Tremaine Hawkins does mention Jesus in it SEVERAL times, along with with the Lord and Savior.

  • @tlc51881 Do you have a link to a video or lyrics to that, because all of the videos and lyrics I see use the words "God", "Savior" and "Lord", but not the word "Jesus".

Don't get me wrong. I think both that version and this version are about Jesus (even without using the actual word). I was just pointing out the difference in lyrics based on lollipop33578's criteria.

  • @RichieDaley What was lollipop's criteria? I read some of the comments, people can be so critical these days that I stopped reading comments. I like this version as well. Was trying to find something to dance to at church. But the version of the song I was talking about is actually the extended part of the song. They never play the whole song. (I tried to post the link, but it kept saying error.)

  • Some songs just loose their meaning when you do too much to them but they sound good

  • Oh this is awesome! Gotta look for my cd. Where are they now?

  • @Jredd yea they came to mt my church in New Orleans when they was younger. I loved that cd.

  • I liked this but I sing, read and play music so this is the ish.

  • Yeah I remember much younger when they came to a church in SC my home state and they preformed and I loved the cd that they had for that event but I just can't seem to find that cd for nothin. I loved there songs and I still remember some after all these years. Lol. Where are they now?

  • Great version. Where are they now?

  • I love the original version of this....But I think I may like this one better
