This is a video of a 40' high cube storage container being loaded onto a 53' flatbed truck. The owner was moving from Rhode Island to Denver, Colorado and this was an economical way to move. He simply purchased the container from me and loaded it with all of his belongings. We then arranged for the wrecker to be there to lift the storage container onto the trailer. You can save thousands on moving via this method. If you live in the Northeast and are interested in purchasing a container for moving your "stuff" in, I can help you out...

  • there's no way that container was full, or loaded as you say...

  • @jaa2149156 It had roughly 24,000 lbs in it. It was loaded with all the contents of my buddy's house including a Toyota Corolla and a Boston Whaler on a trailer. The crane that offloaded it in Colorado had an on board scale which is how know how much weight was in it. The wrecker loading the box is a 50 ton wrecker. 12 tons is nothing for it to lift. The box was "full" meaning there was no more room in it....not that we had loaded it to its capacity which is somewhere in the 62,000 lb range.
