Demonstrating again his propensity to go out on a limb, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) had some choice words of criticism for Rush Limbaugh, the conservative media talk show host who was the star attraction at last weekends Conservative Political Action Conference.

In a phone interview Monday morning with CNNs John Roberts, Paul said of Limbaugh He is a leader. He does say the right things now and I think a lot of people like to hear what hes saying but I think its also a little bit polarizing and confrontational and I think thats why the Democrats are bragging that Limbaugh now speaks for the Republicans so I guess the Democrats think its to their advantage if hes leading the charge.

Responding to a question from Roberts on what it means for the Republican Party that their spokesperson is a radio talk show host and not a member of the political leadership, Paul said, I think its pretty said. Its a good point to make. That means the Republicans are really starving for some type of leadership.

A 2008 presidential contender, Paul was a dark horse candidate for the Republican nomination. His advocacy against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as his criticisms of infringements on civil liberties under the Bush administration have often put him at odds with the majority of his party but have also led to strong support from civil libertarians.

If he is smart, he listened to you. The CIA is equally as corrupt if not more so than even the Federal Reserve. They do far more than what their original charter intended. I learned the hard way not to be swayed by the mainstream media, I use to watch Fox all the time until I realized I was brainwashed by O'Reilly. Thank God I am cured.

  • I read somewhere Rush Limbaugh was a scat-muncher... he apparently munches scat. Any comments?

  • John Wayne was a fag.

  • Shut the fuck up Rush. You didn't whine for shit when GW Bush spent this nation into oblivion.

  • I'm amused that a person who likens me to a short stubby penis calls me a "youtube stalker." Sigh.

You said nothing to counter my point except threaten me like a typical internet tough guy. Oh wow, I'm really threatened by the likes of you. I'd be happy to fight you in your mother's basement.

    Grow up please.

  • Your decree's are divorced from reality.

I am fucking sick of you youtube shit talkers. You don't even realize that i would fucking crush your skull if you talked to me like that in person.

Your ignorance is the prime reason you have panic attacks you leftist chode.

  • It's sad that you equate the "left" with the Democrats. The Dems and Repubs are both center right, wake up fool. I realize some faggots like you prefer politics to be like WWE wrestling, but please at least consider growing up.

  • Wrong, your citizenship is based on where you are born. Obama was not born in Kenya anyway. Bottomline, where YOU are born is where your natural citizenship lies. No child not born IN the US or in a US territory, such as McCain (he was born in Panama on a US base), can be president. If McCain had been born outside of the base, he would be ineligible.

  • @MrFreeLibertarian What are you saying here. Big gov't including the FBI and CIA need to be cut down to size or eliminated. Make the CIA part of the Pentagon. What's the matter with those ideas? What's not normal about following our Constitution. I think you need to stop listening, reading and watching the mainstream media. They are the ones who are pushing unstable ideas not Ron Paul. Our country is bankrupt and something needs to be before it's too late, don't you think.

  • 100% Baseless Derision

    0% Substance

    Another perfect Democrat score!
