so i just discovered this! so basically if you use homade applejuice from fresh apples.. you dont need to add yeast...right? did you guys add yeast?

I'm impressed! I was thinking about doing something like this for my cider, only on a smaller scale..... but now mabe bigger is the way to go!

Great video,love the music... who is it?
Made my own 3 tonne cider press to use this year & after trawling through all the cider pressing vids on u tube decided this was my favourite.
Hope mine is as efficient as yours as it is virtually the same layout as yours, but without the tractor!
