  • I was on the Munro from 1991 to 1993. This is nice weather. :) I loved it when it was like this, but I am wierd.

  • On big days like this, it's like being on a ghost ship. Most of the crew are in the head puking or in their rack trying to keep from puking. I Served aboard CGC Morgenthau (preFRAM) and CGC Munro (postFRAM) 1988 to 1991. Four ALPATs and one southPAT. Not always so fun, but very memorable. I made some good friends there. Too bad I lost touch with them. Chris and Paul P. you out there?

    T. D.

P.S. I'm listed in HumCo CA if you want to get in touch.

  • Most of us are not used to the hostile nature of the Bering. Bump the winds up to 45kts and add a splash of 10 foot seas for good measure and the true measure of Mother Nature's humbling powers become all too evident.

  • where did u go to school?

  • im coming straight out of A school, so yea im a rookie.

  • no, I am just a mom that tries to keep up with my children, where are you stationed at before you go to the cutter?
