Interview:

Reporter: Hello, how are you?
GM: Iam fine, thank you.
Reporter: Welcome to Spain, welcome to RockPop.
Whats the different between the sound of George Michael and the sound of wham!, both composed by you.
GM:I don't think there is any big diferences, one is the continuation of the another and some of the material that i wrote for Wham! has strong elements of the material that I'am writing now. I think that the images looks so diferent for the people who have the tendency to think that are 2 distinct things but i think that they look very similar in many ways.
Reporter: We are waiting your new LP, how is gonna be this album?
GM: I think is gonna be very different from the Faith. I hope that will be as popular as Faith, but my songwriting had changed of course on the last 2 years and iam very excited about it and i think i want to be better, any artist wants to be better with the next album.
Reporter: In your last LP, Faith, exist a special care on the musical diversity and of the quality of the music and there is a particular vision of yours of the soul music, no?
GM: Well I like to concentrate on diversity, not only for please more kind of people but also to please myself, cause i find impossible to write in once style in a long period of time. I like to explore many musical influences and thats what happen, so the next album again will be very, very, but in different areas.
Reporter: Whats you ganna do before going to perform?
GM: Well I guess I don't...maybe do some exercises and I will be ready.

GM: Thank you very much.

"I Want Your Sex" was a single released from both the soundtrack to Beverly Hills Cop II and George Michael's Faith album, and first charted in July 1987.

The song was banned on many daytime radio stations in both countries, due to its suggestive lyrics. The music video station MTV would only show the video featuring celebrity make-up artist Kathy Jeung in basque and suspenders[1], in the late night hours due to the music video's implied nudity. The grounds that the song had been banned upon were completely the opposite of Michael's intention, as the theme of the video had blatantly been shown; instead of promiscuous sex, he showed the audience that the act was a beautiful thing if the sex was monogamous (The nine minute album version is even labelled as the "Monogamy Mix" in the liner notes.) One of the racier scenes attacked involved Michael "writing" the words "explore monogamy" on his partner's back in lipstick.

Many radio stations played a toned-down version of the song, I Want Your Love, which was mainly the word "love" replacing "sex".

There is nothing wrong with this video, this is america after all, where freedom of speech, freedom of expression is a must. no matter what the song is tring to get across. Good music, should be listened to, not put on a shelf & forgotten about. i've been a long time fan of George Michael, the greatest singer/songwriter to ever live.
